Went to Kathy’s place last week for our Christmas party. We should have been more than four as planned but a bunch of people didn’t make it. Law arrived but he didn’t stay until the following day.
Where we stayed until 6 in the morning of the following day.

Meet my overnight buddies, Kathy and Debbie.
Then somewhere along the way, the craziness began.

At one point I got high and then I fell asleep.
i woke up this morning with the smell of fresh oranges wafting in the air. enticed, i went around the house looking for it but realized it was coming from outside. i couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from until i passed by the painter varnishing our ceiling. to my horror, i realized that the sweet citrus aroma was not oranges but wood fucking lacquer. it was very disappointing but not alarming. it happened before: soldering fumes smelling like cherries, plaster smelling like mint and turpentine like lemons. i think it’s some sort of artist domestic adaptation towards toxic chemicals. whatever it is, it’s convenient (though of course, a highly dangerous health hazard). happy morning!
